The steps below can be used to get the current NodeID/Dongle ID/Key. If you have a dongle, it should be connected at this time (only one dongle can be connected).
Note: This article only applies to software versions that are using the new CimLM licensing system.
1) Launch Get NODE IDs from the install directory:
- 3D Sprint: C:\Program Files\3D Systems\3D Sprint\CMLicense\GetNodeIDs.exe
- 3DXpert: C:\Program Files\Oqton\3DXpert\XX.X\Program\GetNodeIDs.exe
- Server: C:\Program Files\Oqton\License Server\GetNodeIDs.exe
2) Click Save to File.
3) Chose the directory to save the .txt file and click OK.
4) Send this file to a support representative.
